         How to place an order

To place an order via our website, here are the steps to follow:  

1. Find the item you want

2. Add the items to your cart

3. Proceed to checkout

4 . Sign in

5. Enter a shipping address

6. Review and submit your order

7. Print invoice for your record

8. Wait for e-mail from us to confirm stock availability and shipping cost.

9. If agree, process your payment

10. E-mail us about your payment details.

11. Wait for tracking number of your shipment

12. Receive your good

• What is The Cost of Shipping ?
 

Domestic Order : 

Order 1-2,999 THB.

Your order will be sent by Thailand Post 

The shipping charge which is based on package weight, size and option you choose and

will be added to your total purchase price.

EMS : 2-3 day shipping

Parcel : 5-7 day shipping

 

Order 3,000 THB. and greater ( after discounts have been applied )

Your order will be sent by truck

Bangkok : Free shipping within 2 business day after your payment has completed 

 

 

International Order :

If you are outside of Thailand and wish to place an International order. We will provide you with a quotation of shipping cost after you place an order. The shipping cost will be depended on your package rate. Unless otherwise specified or requested, your package will be sent via Thailand Post or FedEx.

Order 1-9 kg : EMS by Thailand Post

- You may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees and handling fees to receive your order. These additional fee are not collected or controlled by 555 PAPERPLUS. Also, you might be contacted by your custom office concerning payment of custom fees or to receive final delivery of your order. Custom processing of your shipment might cause delays in the delivery of your package. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and free structure before you order - so you know what to expect.

- 555 PAPERPLUS can not guarantee delivery dates and times beyond the guarantee provide by  parcel carriers. Many circumstances beyond our control are affect shipping deliveries.

    

 

 

 

• When will my order ship? 
 

   When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Once your payment has completed, you will see the shipping and delivery date etimates in the payment comfirmation e-mail.

 

   Usually, order are shipped in the next business day from the date your payment completed. Occasionally an order is held up for a day or two while we wait for inventory to be made. If we anticipate an extended delay. We will let you know. 

 

   When orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to custom clearance procedures which can cause delays beyound original delivery estimates

• How to pay ?
 

You could make a payment via the following methods: 

1. Wire Transfer ( T/T ) 

Please note that 

- All Bank Charges are always the customer's responsibility. To avoid delayed shipment, please 

inform you bank to pay us full amount as the total amount in the proforma invoice we sent to you.

- Wire transfer process may take about 3-4 business day to complete the transaction.

 

2. Western Union  

We will inform you about our recipient's name and information for making a payment

Please visit your nearest Agent location.

Give the Agent your payment together with the necessary fees.

The Agent will then give you a receipt and your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).

Please inform us the following details:

- The sender's full name (that is, first, middle and last names)

- The country where the money was sent from.

- The amount that was sent.

- The Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).

- The country the money was sent from.

This transfer process take only 1 day to receive your payment.

And we will ship your order within 1-2 days when we got the payment from Western Union. 

 

3. PayPal and Credit Card
Please contact us first for this channel. We'll issue an e-invoice for your payment. The email will send from PayPal's Request for Money. You may need to create a PayPal account.
